SEC Backs Amazon Holders On Global Tax Transparency Vote

I reported the story of the first time the SEC allowed shareholders to vote on a tax-related measure by blocking Amazon’s request to ignore a proposal. The Reverand Séamus Finn of Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, partnered with Pensions & Investment Research Consultants Ltd, won the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's approval for a vote among fellow shareholders on a global tax transparency proposal.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
